Rhosgoch beat Gwernyfed 2-1 at Talgarth in the leagues match of the day. A depleted Rhos side played the first 20 minutes with 10 men then goals by Geraint Lloyd and Gareth Davies(Ginge) gave them a 2-0 half time lead. Ginge got sent off after about 50 minutes and it was then backs to the wall defending. According to an eye witness report Gwernyfed didn’t look like scoring and had to wait until injury time before Gavin Perry got their consolation goal.
