The Spar League Division 2 may well have additional clubs next season to add to its existing ten.
Penybont have made a firm application to join the League whilst enquiries have also been made by two other clubs at the present time as to what criteria is required to join for next season.
This comes about due to vacancies which currently exist at Spar 2 level. Other clubs who are in the promotion places at recreational level are also eligible to join.
The top two teams in Spar 2 at the season end will be eligible for promotion to Spar 1 if they attain the necessary criteria.
