On Sunday we travel to Presteigne to try and defend The Otway Cup. This will be a big ask as we face Rhosgoch Rangers who have just won The Spar League 2 title at a canter.
This will be Tom Weavers last game in charge due to him informing the committee that he will be standing down as first team manager.
Tom has told me that Rob McNamara, Steve Jones and Phil Davies are unavailable for the final. Tom said “This is the last game of the season which I feel we’ve done well but due to players being unavailable due to work etc it could of been so much better, people have to work so it’s understandable” “This is a one off game against the league champions so we are going to go for it”.
Top scorer Rob McNamara will miss the final.
