In the August edition of (Welsh Football Magazine) Hay St Marys are listed as the top goalscorers in Wales for the season 2007/2008 netting 169 league goals, the Saints are also listed as having the largest goal difference which was 141 goals. The Saints also averaged 5.63 goals per game which was the 4th best in Wales, top was Trevethin from the Gwent Central with 6.58 goals.
