A depleted first team went down 1-0 at Montgomery Town FC today whilst our reserves came away from Llanidloes reserves with a point after a 1-1 draw.
I didn’t attend either game,however, my source tells me the reserves went in at the break 0-0, Rob McNamara made it 0-1 only early in the second half only for ‘Llani’ to equalise shortly after.
With Talgarth Town FC losing this afternoon it’s now a two horse race between the reserves and Brecon Northcote FC. A point next week will surely be enough with our superior goal difference. If we lose we will then need to win at Knighton Reserves the following week, it’s getting interesting!
