The Saints Reserves suffered their heaviest defeat in a long time going down 0-7 to a Dave Thomas inspired Builth Wells Reserves. Thomas helped himself to a five goal haul which is no mean feat at any standard.
I wasn’t at the game but was told at half time it was 0-2 and we were in the game but the visitors upped the tempo in the second half and went on to score five more. George Wood and Josh Price were the other Builth scorers.
