The Saints bowed out of the Radnorshire Cup in the first round after a depleted team lost 1-3 to an impressive Brecon Northcote FC.
A dominant opening 45 minutes saw the visitors go in at the break 0-2 up and in all honesty it could of been more. The first goal came after a mistake, Northcote broke and scored. Joel Evans headed the second direct from a corner.
The impressive Rhodri Boosey made it 0-3 after 50 minutes as the visitors continued where they left off in the first half.
We pulled a goal back on 68 minutes after a Tom Langdon shot was turned into his own net by a Northcote defender. We were the better side the last 20 but in all honesty the visitors had made several substitutions including replacing Boosey and Keddle who had played very well.
