The Saints drew 2-2 at Montgomery Town FC today in blustery conditions.
After going 2-0 down early in the game top scorer Tom Landon pulled a goal back with a good strike from 20 yards after Matty Tong’s initial shot was blocked on the line.

We dominated long periods of the second half although Monty were always dangerous on the counter with the long ball tactics.
The equaliser came in the 74th minute, good build up saw the ball with Darren Horrigan who passed to Tong on the edge of the area, the youngster hitting a good shot past Monty’s stand in keeper.
New signing and man of the match Jack Biggs nearly won it for ‘The Saints’ with a curling effort from 35 yards going inches past the post in the 88th minute.
