On Saturday the Saints travel to Penparcau in the reverse league fixture which last week saw the worst and best of the Hay St Mary’s first team. On that occassion the Saints lost 5-6 but came from 0-5 down to gain some measure of self respect. The squad will have benefitted from a week end off although a long weekend stag do may not be ideal preparation for what lies ahead. The Saints know that they can score goals against the top of the league and now need to ensure a solid performance accross the board.
Manager Fil Wiz still has injury doubts over Gavin Williams but returning are Sam Mac unable to play last tuesday due to work and influencial centre back Chris Preece is recovered from the ‘Flu’. The squad for Saturdays game will be announced later in the week.
