The Mid Wales South Saints host Penybont in the Quarter Final of the league cup. Manager Dan Jones is boosted by the return of Will Goodwin and Tom Wilkes who are both home this week from University.
Jones has also been busy in trying to strengthen his squad, he has served seven days notice on three players.
