A fifth goal did come eventually, another pass from Holland found Jenkins and he hit the ball across the keeper into the far corner. Shooters had a couple of opportunities from long range and free kicks but they came to nothing. The finishing was done about ten minutes from time, another good move resulted with the ball being squared across the box and Forsyth was on hand again to net a close range finish. Full Time 6-1.

Possibly the best performance of the season to date and especially against a team on top of the their league, they might argue that the sending off changed the game for them, but in truth the Saints were totally bossing the game with 22 men on the field, if anything the Saints took the foot off the gas slightly. Another big game next Sunday when we host Commercial.
