The Sunday Saints beat visiting United AFC 5-0 this morning at Forest Road.
Goal scorers were Craig Forsyth(3), Captain Liam Pugh and Steve Jones.
Sunday Saints top scorer Craig Forsyth added another three to his total to make it fifteen so far this season.
Manager Gareth Jenkins had this to say after the match “I thought we were always in control of the game and we played some good football throughout”. He went on to say “We did have short spells when we switched off but we defended well when called upon, we also took our chances, Brucey scored a good hat-trick, Adam Finn swept up well at the back but my man of the match goes to our skipper Liam “Bunter” Pugh who was solid throughout”.
