Weekend Preview.

The Saints play their last home game of the season on Saturday when they host Knighton Town FC and with both teams vying for the runner up spot it should be a cracker.

Manager Tom Weaver has told me he will be without defender Josh Davies, the rest of the first team squad are available for selection. Weaver said “This a massive game for both sides, we have a tough run in but we are in form at the moment and believe we can get second place”. He went on to say “This will be my last home game as manager so i’d like to take this chance to thank all the players for their hard work throughout the season”.

The Sunday Saints travel to Hereford to play Commercial FC who have won the league and promotion.

Player Manager Gareth Jenkins said “We are down to our bare bones this weekend against Commercial due to players being unavailable or injured”.  He went on to say “It’s a shame we are going to be short because it would of been a really good test against the best side in the league, however, we have had a good season and are guaranteed the runners up spot, it also gives me the chance to play Wardy our keeper out since he’s nagged me all season, now that should be a laugh”.
