The Reserves start their campaign with a tough looking match at Llandrindod Wells FC, former Rhosgoch Rangers player Peter Horne has taken over the reigns for the season at Llandod.

Andrew Harris and his assistant Liam Pugh are looking forward to the season ahead, they have a mixture of young and old in their side.

They will be missing their top scorer from pre season, Josh Wisniewski is away at a music festival this weekend, the goalkeeper area is also an issue but they are hoping to resolve in the next couple of weeks.

Harris and Pugh have named the following squad-

Garry Keeble, Toby Johnson, Jamie Howard(c), Tom Weaver, Stuart Snedden, Stuart Rees, Gary Owen, Darren Horrigan, Rhys Edwards, Lee Miles, Liam Pugh, Dan Jones, Thomas Wilkes, Wilf Ratcliffe.

Llandrindod Wells FC  Reservesv Hay St Mary’s FC Reserves. k.o. 2.30pm.

The First Team host Kerry tomorrow in what will be a tough test for Gareth Jenkins’ men as we have never beaten our visitors in the Spar league.

The Saints will be without Matt James(away), Jack Biggs(injured), there will be a late fitness on Sam Bradley after he injured his foot in training, Gary Owen and Stu Rees join the reserves to gain fitness after missing a lot of pre season due to injury.

“Jenko” said, It is always a tough game against Kerry who are a well organised experienced side but hopefully we can put in a big performance and get the new season off to a good start”.

The Gaffer hopes to announce a new signing after the game on Saturday.

Tom Lewis, Rory Hackett, Sam Bradley, Stu Davies(c), Phil Davies, Jake Davies, Josh Davies, Brendan Hackett, Rob McNamara, Steve Jones, Kevin Jones, Adi Lawford, Jordan Baker,Adam Finn, Tom James.
