A squad of Saints players travelled to Usk today to play a team from Prescoed prison. The annual match is organised by Gordon Snape and Gareth Ratcliffe. The game was end to end and with just a few minutes to go the score was 4-4, veteran striker Colan Badham scored the winner after a throughball from Chris Tong. Other scorers for the Saints were John Sly(2), Tom Weaver(1) and Zac Snape.
