Reserves Go Top.

The Saints Ressies went top today with a hard fought victory at Builth today. They found themselves 2-0 down after the first ten, where they were very sloppy and it could have been a couple more.

As the defence and midfield seemed to sort themselves out,the chances started to come with youngster Horrigans pace causing problems.

It was his ball to Lee Miles which put the forward in on goal and he made no mistake,Horrigan  then got his first with a good finish.

Maybe lucky to go in 2-2 the Saints came out knowing a better performance was needed, they had plenty of chances with old timer Tom Weaver trying his best not to score and Chris Preece fluffing the chance to make it 5 in 5.

It was down to Horrigan to get the goals his second looked a push but the finish was top draw, his hat trick again a good finish from a good team move.

After the first 10 mins where it seemed 5 players did not want to pick their number 10 up and some shall we call it dodgy keeping the Saints did well to get back into it.

Chris Preece was everywhere but man of the match has to go to Darren Horrigan who seems to get better and better and is unlucky the firsts are so blessed up front.

Also it was great to see Gavin Williams back in a Saints shirt after a season out and still the fittest player on the team!!!!
