The Under 16’s will get the weekend up and running when they host Brecon Corries FC in a South Powys league fixture. The junior Saints will look to keep the pressure on Newbridge FC, Corries themselves are still in the title race in what is a tight league this season.

The First Team are away to promotion rivals Kerry, this will be a difficult game as the hosts are unbeaten at home in the league all season. The Reserves head to Carno FC with a very young squad, manager Andrew Harris will be without several of his more experienced players.

Manager Gareth Jenkins had this to say “I’m expecting a tough game against a well organised Kerry side that play quick counter attacking football. We played really well against Knighton last game and were unlucky to concede an eualiser late on and not take all 3 points” He went on to say “We were outstanding in the second half last game and really went at Knighton. Hopefully we can put in another solid performance and get a result at Kerry”.

The Saints will be without long term injured Phil Davies also out are wingers Rob Snedden and Adi Lawford.
