This weekend will see all our Senior sides in action.
The weekend starts off tomorrow morning with the under 16’s at home against Brecon Town FC.
On Saturday The First Team head to Waterloo Rovers FC for a league fixture whislt The Reserves are home to Aberdyfi FC in The Emrys Morgan Cup.
On Sunday The Ladies host Llanfyllin FC whist The Sunday Saints are away to Ledbury All Stars FC.
Saturday
Saints u16’s v Brecon Town FC k.o. 10.30pm
Waterloo Rover FC v Saints First Team k.o. 2.15pm.
Manager Gareth Jenkins will miss this weeks game due to a wedding, former striker Kevin “Joey” Jones takes charge of the team. He will be without Sam Bradley(Groin), Chris Preece(Calf), Ryan Davies(Away), Jack Cripps(Away), Stu Davies(Away), Matt James(Groin).
In come Rob Snedden, Brendan Hackett, Steve Morgan, Rory Hackett and Matty Tong.
Jenks had this to say “Expecting a tough game against Waterloo who have won their last two games. They beat us 0-1 on the opening day of the season and were a good side. We know what needs to be done and what to expect”.
He went on to say “We put a good shift in last weekend against Machynlleth and were unlucky not to come away with any points. Hopefully we can put in the same effort tomorrow and get the points”.
