The Saints travel to ‘The Weirglodd’ tonight(Tuesday) home of Rhayader Town FC where they will face Carno FC in the semi-final of The CWFA Cup.
The Gaffer had this to say “Like ourselves Carno have had a really good season. They finished third in the league and are still in three cup competitions, we could also meet in the league cup final if they overcome Penrhyncoch FC. They are a pacey side and are on a nine game unbeaten run, their last defeat was against us in March”.
He went on to say “We worked really hard to beat Knighton on penalties in the league cup semi-final last Friday night. We were under the cosh at times but battled superbly as a team. Hopefully we can put in another good performance and progress to another final”.
From Friday’s squad Ryan Davies(Uni), Rob Snedden(Work) and Adi Lawford are unavailable.
