Kirks is finally on his way to hospital today to have his operation after it was cancelled yesterday for the second time.
The operaton is called a Cranioplasty, they will insert a titanium plate where the skull was removed.
He had a phone call from admissions first thing this morning, Bryan was his usual self on route to The Queen Elizabeth hospital in Birmingham, he was moaning to me that he was hungry and thirsty!
