Kirks had some great news yesterday from his consultant at The Queen Elizabeth hospital in Birmingham when he was informed he could resume his career as a builder and more importantly in his eyes he could start playing football again.
It’s been a very tough and frustrating 11 months for him but he can now hopefully put it all behind him and move on.
Bryan had no hesitation in resigning for The Saints and has made himself available for selection this weekend.
