The Saints First Team won 2-3 at Montgomery Town FC in The Spar League Division 1.
After taking an early lead through top scorer Jack Biggs the home team immediately equalised from a set piece. Captain Stu Davies put us 1-2 up mid way through the first half with a header at the near post. Steve Morgan put The Saints 1-3 up after lobbing the Monty keeper. Ht 1-3.
The second half saw Monty pull it back to 2-3 with 30 minutes to go in the game. The Saints defended well and had chances to put the game to bed.
The referee some how played eight minutes injury time and in the 93rd minute sent Saints substitute Rob Snedden off and awarded the home side a penalty. Stand in keeper Jordan Baker saved to delight of the visiting team, The Saints saw the rest of the game to claim a well deserved three more away points.
