Hay under 16’s lost by the odd goal in a nine goal thriller away to Rhayader last night. Dan Jones was full of praise for his team against the current league leaders. He said ” I had 5 players drop out on the night so we played the 90 minutes with 10 men, the fresh legs of the home team subs was the difference”. Hay were leading the match on a couple of occasions during the 90 minutes, they also missed a penalty. The Rhayader manager was full of praise after the final whistle for the Hay youngsters.
