Keep fit with Joey and Chris!

To assist with fitness for the current season there will be a second weekly session run by Chris Preece and Joey. This will be on Thursdays at 6.30pm and will vary in content. For those who can’t make Tuesdays currently this should help but feel free to attend both weekly sessions if possible. I feel that sharpness and fitness is one of the areas that needs improvement quite quickly so please use this to help you.
